This is our attempt at clear English ... Many Project Management issues stem from a basic lack of Understanding, Precision and Agreement about what the Customer REALLY Wants ... NOT ... what you think they want.

Project Managers need to be very proactive in determining requirements/specifications ... and ... in getting signed agreements.

There is no point in undertaking a project if there is no measurable benefit.
